2005 PT Cruiser running extremely rich.

almost changed CAT and found Black soot in exhaust manifold and on both
new O2 sensors. what next? the only thinks not changed are throttle position
sensor and intake seals.

A defective o2 sensor can cause a rich condition. Is the check engine light illuminated?

Should I put old cat back in till I find rich fuel problem so I don't clog new Cat? I'm thinking yes as it is not completely clogged.

Bank 1 is 02 sensor before cat... Did you put the new cat in and clear codes then start car to get these 2 codes?...>do not put old cat in then your going backwards
