Im not understanding your problem? What are your scan codes?
A defective o2 sensor can cause a rich condition. Is the check engine light illuminated?
Should I put old cat back in till I find rich fuel problem so I don't clog new Cat? I'm thinking yes as it is not completely clogged.
Bank 1 is 02 sensor before cat... Did you put the new cat in and clear codes then start car to get these 2 codes?...>do not put old cat in then your going backwards
All o2 sensor heater circuits do need to be diagnosed...might be bad wire
