Thank you for answering my question, actually already replaced relay, still same problem, what I notice is that where the relay goes connected, there are two hot lines on at all time, even doors closed, main switch off, ignition key off. Tried disconnecting different relays related to lights, problem still going on. Any other Idea, or where can i get wiring diagram? Thank you again for your support.

Note the diagram. See the fuse at top left, hot all the time. In the diagram for the park lamp relay, the top two wires are voltage, hot all the time. The left side of relay is the control side, since there is already voltage to the control, then something is going on with ground, as you can see, the bcm grounds control side of relay, depending on signal from headlamp switch. If part wiring circuit, is touching a ground somehow, the relay will energize. So it could be a wiring circuit and not a part? If you pull top left fuse, should kill the parking lamps, if it doesn't a circuit may be shorted to voltage, somewhere. Just my opinion.

Yes, you're right, I remove the fuse all the time, that way I don't kill the battery when not driving. I know this is a little bit complicated, any suggestion on how to find this ground wire? Again, thank you all for youre time, suggestions and knowledge for helping.
