Rough idle while in drive, on 2000 dodge grand caravan 3.3l

I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3l.  Until recently it drove very smooth,  
but noticed gas milage was getting bad, then a week ago or so, it started
driving and idling rough. Starting and idling in park is fine, is when I put in drive,
that it starts "chugging" at idle, and continues as I drive. I can feel it as I
accelerate,  but when I release gas pedal,  it's smooth again. I just had spark
plugs and wires changed, and throttle body cleaned, but that didn't help. What
else could it be?
