2001 Dodge Grand Caravan brakes out. Fluid seen near left rear wheel. Any idea what's going on

Brakes went out peddle goes to the floor. Master cylinder about 3/4 full. Fluid
seen near rear left wheel.  any idea what happened. This started soon after
tiers were replaced. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

It has nothing to do with changing the tire. Seems like the cylinder may be leaking or a leak in the brake line, easy fix. Dont drive the car until the repair is made...
