Is there supposed to be a clip on the outside of the front brake caliper of a 2003 Dodge Caravan Sport 3.3l 6 cyl?

Asked by motley28 Aug 23, 2015 at 12:31 PM about the 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was replacing my front brake pads
and put them together back how
they were when you pulled them
apart but now I hear the clicking
noise on my front left break like the
pad is hitting something. When I look
on YouTube for other Dodge Caravan
same kind of assembly it shows
some sort of clip outside of the brake
caliper and brake pad. I didn't see
this when I took it apart.
