Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan. Sometimes power sliding doors don't work. Also what I noticed when I switch from P-parking to D, it marks all speed icons (D,P,1,2,3,R) on the instrument cluster. Also, when I switch off headlights they are still on and there is a beeping sound even after i remove the key. It dos not happen all the time, but from time to time. Did anybody have same issue or know how to fix it?

I have a 2008 and power sliding door and power window would not work. I disasembled the plastic chain which houses wiring. Look for frayed or broken wire.
