Where is the camshaft sensor located

it's on the camshaft- should have a wire running to it- why do you ask, bonita?

Is the cam/cranksensor the same? On acceleration the engine runs up likes it hits the governor then falls back and starts over. Can not tell if transmission is shifting right because of the way the engine is acting. The scanner shows P0016.
