Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 06 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L won't shift gear
and it won't crank up on first try you have to crank
it twice or three times in order to turn on the car
this is what I had fixed so far... Computer, EGR
EVap, 02 sensors up and down stream, shift
solenoid, water pump, fuel pump, map sensor and
map flow, coils, ignition coil, spark plugs and wires,
thermostat, and 2 speed transmission input
sensors and still check engine light is on and it
won't shift it stays at 1st gear, I took it to a
transmission shop and my transmission is good.
Please help???!!!

I check the wires and harness nothing wrong with it maybe I'm not seeing it but I have it at my friend auto shop he deals with electric stuff I just deal with maintenance stuff. Thanks I appreciate you taking the time to write me about my issue. Quick question if it's not the harness or electric what can it be?

The tranny is good on the van I thought it was the tranny too but it's not I can't figure out what else it could be
