I have a ford thunderbird lx v6 2.7 and while I'm driving the car swayes side to side no mater how fast I go,checked under the car,everything seams fine,struts are good,also the control arms good,help

Is it a convert? If so, your car might not be too stable without its roof. Some convertibles are like that.

Check your tire pressure and tire sidewalls.

Can you have someone follow your and watch what is happening? Use a cell phone to keep in contact as you drive.

My badd. Dunno y is was thinking 2002 tbird. They don't make a 92 convert I believe. One of my old bosses owned a 93 i think and it did the same thing. Like it couldnt control the weight of the car. His tires were fine. Cheap but ok. Stock everything. Idunno if he ever fixed it and this might not b much help, but ur not the only one that has had that problem with that particular car. Now i have to get to the bottom of this. Ill See if i can get a hold of him and if he remembers or still has the car. This was 10 yrs ago. He might b in jail. We'll see.
