I know of consignment auction houses, but none that are dismantlers, and the prices they fetch would hardly make it worthwhile, they usually just sell it whole with a salvage title. It can take YEARS to completely part out a vehicle, especially for a low-demand make/model. Any consignment deal would require you to provide a clean title, if you don't have one you'll have to part it out yourself.
