I have a 1991 Ford Ranger 4 cylinder 5 speed and I was wondering what could I do to make it look,sound beter and have more power

Well for a 4 cylinder not too much for that uear since emissions and stuff dont matter put a straight pipe right from manifold back or a glasspack as far as power goes put irridium plugs etc get a cold air intake those few things wont give u tons of power bit u will see fell and hear a difference
