ABS light is usually a wheel sensor. What is the code from the ABS issue? This could also be your issue with the cruise control since it is wheel speed related. Get code scanned and report back

Just looked up vehicle to see what type of wheel bearings you have on the front of this. You have press in bearings so the sensor is by itself. Once you find out what wheel your issue is, (assuming sensor issue). You can take the wheel off and find the wire that goes into the knuckle and take that bolt out and pull out sensor. Be careful as with age the bolt rusts in place along with the sensor in the hole. You can try cleaning the head of magnetic shavings as this impedes communication to the module. If ohms is too high after doing this you will need a new one. I found several online for $18 - $30. I would also spin the hub and clean the reluctor ring down in the hole with a Q-tip. If the bolt looks too rusted I would spray with penetrating oil overnight and before you try taking it off I would tap the head 30 - 40 times to loosen rust. You do not want this breaking off or you will have to drill and tap.
