I own a 1990 Eddie Bauer Full Size Bronco-351 Windsor. I have replaced the fuel pump-fuel pressure regulater-fuel pump relay & i am still having a problem with the fuel back-feeding into the tank.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have changed all those parts in the question plus new dist-cap-rotor button & dist relay. The fuel is still back-feeding into the tank. I can hear the pump running & if I wait a couple minutes the truck will start & runs fine after that.  Did I miss something?

Your fuel system is a full flow system. It normally feeds back into the tank so what exactly is your concern? Won't start? Starts but won't stay running? Won't crank?

It is the computer I had the same problem and then I changed it out and it stopped immediately
