Got a GMC 1500 wont start

It was running then i killed it and restarted it kicked right up. drove it home about 30 mins then kiled
it again for about five min came back out wouldnt start think it might be the battery its making no
noises

yeah, hose off the battery, disconnect and wire brush the terminals, and do the negative and the ground wire terminal to the block and to the engine. You get these all solid and you'll be wavin' g'bye~
thanks could it be the alternator though considering it did start before
Check the battery volts with a meter. It should be around 12-12.5 VDC at rest and 13.5-14.5 with the engine running.
