What would cause my overdrive to kick in and? out in a 700r4, i was told my over drive was going out, but could it be a selinoid causeing it to do that ant sugestions

probably the tps or throttle position sensor handin' out bogus instructions to your computer. think these things are contact operation, not magnetic field operation, so could possibly be worn, and tryin' it's best!

Thanks I'll try that my speedodometer is not right, i put a sencesor but its off could that effect it to?

yes. what you been doin to it, voyages thru the utah desert? must be kinda high mileage? Is it still the ole' cable speedometer (recently found out they don't do it that way anymore) 1991 ~~could be either way- yes, whenever human meets machine, there will be trouble....sounds like a damned GURU already...keep us posted~
