why does my 1993 chevy k1500 makes on gauge low voltage?

i have 1993 chevy k1500 i have replace the ALTERNATOR, STARTER,
BATTERY, BATTERY TERMINALS. I have check all cables non burn or
melted. my gauge still marks low very low. i turn on my lights, my hazard lights
and it wants to shut off due to no power or lack of power. what can be causing
this to my truck.

Try measuring the voltage with a hand held meter to see if your gauge is off. Check the engine grounding strap too.
