My 93 gmc sierra when I'm either idleing or driving I lose all power lights flicker along with gauges jump I've tried the body ground from the engine and it's not that what else could it be

Double check battery cables. Make sure they are clean and tight. Also the negative connections on the frame and motor. Also check the connections on the alternator. Also main power cable to fuse panel.

I've checked battery terminals I checked the frame ground and the connections on the altamator still does it I've looked for wires grounding out but nothing truck litterly almost does but then gets power again

Is there suppose to be a ground from the motor to the frame there is not I found one from the frame to the body but that's it
