1994 gmc sierra 5.7 won't start

I have a 94 gmc sierra 5.7 that won't start. Getting
fuel turns over. Hasn't jumped time I changed cap
and rotor, plugs, wires, coil, control mod in
distributor still won't fire! What am I missing?

Spray starter fluid in throttle body to be sure the fuel is making it in engine, pull a plug and confirm spark, Check all fuses, relays, Connections, CPU.
