Where can I find info on how to fix electrical issues for brake lights on a 95 GMC Sierra half ton pick up truck ?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have already replaced the brake relay switch under the pedal, replaced both tail lights complete systems, replaced brake light plugs and replaced all fuses. I'm frustrated and need to fix this issue , I only have one tail light working , and my only brake light is the one on my cab. No turn signals ,no brake lights and only one tail light . Any suggestions???

Possibly loose ground to lighting circuit. Check for voltage at light sockets. Use frame as ground for tester. If voltage is there look for loose ground wire to frame.
Some of those GMC's use a circuit board for the rear lights. Go to RockAuto.com and look under "Body - exterior" then under "Tail lamp connector plate". Is that what you mean by "replaced both tail lights complete systems"?
So far looks like I have to replace the wire harness going to the tail lights ...any idea where I can find info on how to do that ?
i replace all bubs, replace circuit board but when tested wire going into circuit board only one wire shows hot what do i do now?
