I need to know how to get a 90 Ford ranger key lost my keys

You can go to a dealer but it will be expensive to go there, you may want to try an auto lock smith...

You can buy the locks through any parts house or online. Ford does not keep key codes older than 10 years. A good locksmith (not pop a lock or any like them) can use their magic to make a key that fits the original locks but it would probably be as much as a new lock set.
