is there a reset button for the fuel pump or something similar on a 1990 Ford Ranger

I had a lesson five mile an hour front end
contact Collision and no damage but the
truck won't now start thinking it might be a
kill switch that needs reset checked fuses

Their actually is and it's on passenger side under the glove box by passenger door. You'll have to take plastic cover off it'll be a small box like thing with a switch coming out the top. I can't remember what it's called but that's where it should be.
My ranger won't do anything, no power anywhere? I think it's the whole fuse box, any comments?? Please help.
It has a melted fuse and you can get the fuse in but it is melted, could this be my problem?
Starter relay? Main fuse?
