I have a 1995 GMC C1500 sle needing a temperature control module. Is there only 1 that is specific for my truck year or is it compatable with different years?

Yes it would interchange with other years around 1995. There are different ones, you have to match what you have.

there is a procedure you can run at home to reset the doors .find it on line search give it a try the reason i say that is because i just had one that blew hot air out the drivers side with the ac on ..ran it through the reset and its ok it wasnt the actuators. or the controll head...its worth trying unless you have no hot cold controll on the heater vents.

I have done all that plus replaced the actuators it is the control module. Cant find a used one everyone seems to think they are 95 year specific, My question is are they 95 year specific?
