Okay so I have a 1996 gmc pickup and everything works fine but my blinkers
and hazards i just got a new blinker switch and every time i try to turn the
blinkers on they don't come on and when i press the hazard button they don't
work but every time i press the brakes the hazards light up and stay solid until
i let off the brake they even come on when the key is out of the truck and its

the brake lights are HAT (hot at all times ) along with the headlights , horn , cig lighter etc. The brake light goes through the directional switch when it's shared with the directional in the back , so check your work and the grounds in the tail lights , you'l need a multi tester , very handy tool
