No fuel no spark after transmission swap

After I swapped the transmission on my 96 GMC
Sierra 5.7 L 2 wheel drive I cannot get the truck to
start from what I can tell I'm not getting any fuel or
spark but the truck is turning over I've replaced the
battery the starter the alternator plugs and wires
and nothing also my OBD2 reader will not read the
vehicle after I swapped the transmission any help
with this would be greatly appreciated I am
thoroughly stumped

is there a chance the computer was toasted by high current during the operation , if the code reader can't access the computer maybe it's toast , I don't think the trannys of those years where linked to the computer ? Are you using the same key as before ?

Same problem on mine. Check the 20a pcm fuse in the fuse box under the hood. :)
