If you have power to the coil, but no spark yet, I would take the coil & the ignition control module off and have it tested at Auto Zone.

Also changed pickup coil in the distributor and crank position sencer checked all grounds

Everything is working should have spark. Try checking with a spark plug laying on the manifold? Is there spark out of the coil wire itself?

Well I guess you are going to have to get some things check out. Power to the coil, right, power to the ICM, power goes from that to the coil, so there is power. Before having to test the ICM, coil, and the ECM, maybe check to see if there is power at the coil when cranking/starting position. Maybe has something to do with that circuit. And the distributor...the distributor, is that in wright?
