Seems like a computer malfunction Oil has been changed, followed the sequence for after oil changed, but will not start.

i have a 95 gmc sierra 1500, when i start the truck and idle the voltage gauge reads 14 but as soon as i set on the gas the voltage jumps to almost nineteen and the head lights brighten consideraly. a 1 Answer
