Ill be at a stop light, the truck is warmed up and it will drop the rpms and run
rough, shaking the front of the truck. the truck is straight piped and wanted to
know if there is a way to raise my rpms to fix this(when it runs rough while at
idle i put it in neutral and it goes away due to higher rpms)

You may just need a good tune-up. Scan the vehicle for codes to see what pops up.
