I have a 1997 GMC Sierra with the stock 5.7 350. I'm wanting between 450-500hp. I want to learn. I don't want someone to just say "do this" I wanna know why. Anyone wanna help?

450 to 500 HP at the wheels will require a supercharger, dyno tuning and about $7,000 minimum. Then you can spend more money beefing up the transmission and possibly the rear end to take the power.
