Running rough

I'm driving my truck for about 10 miles all the
sudden it's begin to shake it's not so bad ln Park.
When in gear it shakes worse when leaving from a
stop sometimes I can barely here a backfire when
I'm going and it's in first it's losing power and in
second it gets better and 3rd it seems to run ok the
check engine light is on sometimes it's blinking
what what is the problem do you think
