1990 tbird fuel pump runs all the time

I reseet the relay inside of trunk and fuel cut off button it worked for a little bit then went back to running even when engine is off. How do I reset the brain on this car

Not sure how to test it. I'm ready for a stick of dynomite and a match...lol

tom is right but also check for a short or grounding (broken wire casing)

Well just found out its not a sc model engine so now where would the relay be located. Is it still in the trunk
