warning lights on dash

Same as other people, yellow parking brake warning, bulb warning still on after changing a headlight and rt rear bulb, and mphx2 from 20 to 25 miles per hour, after speed of 25 light goes off till you slow down to that speed.Any HELP would be Greatly Appreciated.

have you tried checking your e brake cable ? and also made sure your ebrake handles is fully down and off? something is most likely stuck in the on position.
