My dads 03 idles at 480-600 when warmed up depending on the humidity and air temp. What is yours idling at?

Ya but it use to idle higher and when you put truck under load it seems like it is too low to be normal. My wife even asked whats wrong with the truck.lol I just checked fuel pressure that comes in at 55psi and I had a 1yr warnaty on mass air flow so I replaced that. While I was there I decide to get new plugs and wires seeing that i just passed 90,000 and I having a issue.
