Sierra Will crank but not start

Asked by trapperjohn4077 Nov 08, 2014 at 08:17 PM about the 1995 GMC Sierra 2500 2 Dr K2500 SLE 4WD Extended Cab SB

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My K2500 Sierra will crank but not start. I tested the fuel pump and it was not getting full
pressure so I replaced it. After that it still won't start. I have replaced the fuel pump, filter,
Ignition Coil and Ignition Control module but it still won't start. My next thought was cap
and rotor since they are easy and fairly cheap before I try and distributor. Any other
thoughts?

if you are sure you are getting fuel, check out youtube vids on how to check for spark before you replace any more parts.
