There is a lock icon on my 2003 Sierra 2500 dash. The truck won't do anything. Tried the new battery/fob series of on/off, on/off with the unlock button held down. Help?

Truck was showing RFA low battery.  Truck locks went on and off several times
and then shut the truck down.  Truck now has padlock icon on dash and won't
respond to the key. Put a new battery in fob.
