Jump starting 2004 Audi Roadster

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Son-in-laws 2004 Audi TT Roadster stored in our garage hasn't been started in 3 weeks and the battery is dead. I need to start it up and take it for a drive and to the car wash. How do I jump start the battery. It has a cover which needs removing. Is there another way, such as a 'nipple' connection to jump?

The plastic cover looks complicated, but it is not. Don't have to completely remove it. Be carefull you can start the car again once you turn it off where you are going! I have a portable jump starter for mine.
