From nowhere the floors on the drivers side and
passager's side is flooded(Right)side,  HELP has
anyone experienced this with their car?And what
should I do?

Sounds like the heater core is leaking, The heater core is when the hot water from the radiator goes and warms up the inside of your car. The leak should be coming from under your dash.
