my high mark lights don't turn on

let's see if we can learn something from your electrical schematic~

looks like your switch is bad~

I see the "fog lamps" are on a separate rocker switch....odds are your headlight switch is failing...not seeing a relay for this so it's whizweeou all the way thru the switch~
