I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500hd. My fuel pump will not turn on, I have replaced it, tested it and the pump works. I have power to the harness and the fuses and relays are good. Pump will not turn on.

I checked the grounds and voltage they
both seem good. I also swapped relays and
they are good. I'm stumped.

check your ecm its a a problem in your computer is not telling your fuel pump to turn on

my father had a 2001 and he kept having problems with the fuel pump ended up being a ground wire on the pump wire harness
