How to replace rear exterior door handle on 2003 B6 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro?

How much of a pain is this going to be?
I currently have the new handle and trim piece together. I figure i'll have to take out the interior door card (done this before). But
I don't know how to remove the interior panel or the window assembly?? Is this going to be a long fix? How hard is it to remove
the middle panel and the window assembly?

The window assembly it is very tricky i suggest you get some instructions before you start to work on it.
