car wont start not sure if battery

my audi has not been turned on for a month boosted it worked for two days i
added sea foam to clean the fluids after a day it wouldn't start but not sure if
battery or something else, at first i thought was battery because its cold and
hasn't been running but lights come on any suggestions 2003 a4 3.0

cars are not meant to sit. Start it at least once a week and let it run till the rad fans come on. There are things that run the battery down in almost all cars. Put a trickle charger on the battery for $39 which will keep it fresh for when you need it. Probably battery is low from sitting and draining. Have it checked at a reputable battery shop.

yeah i just bought it off a guy that wasn't driving it he told me to replace battery, am going to buy a more powerful battery, the lights come on just wont start thought it was something else hopefully just battery

I just went through the same thing. Had to replace the battery luckily my old one was under warranty still!
