Audi A4 sedan 2002 1.8 turbo

Asked by Immortal Nov 27, 2016 at 06:16 PM about the 2002 Audi A4 1.8T quattro AWD

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Car cost $700 or $886- there are some
minor problems with the engine (some
shaking-however, it is completely
functional) and right wheel. A couple of the
windows and AC don't work, but I still have
no problem driving the car.
I currently do not have a job and thus
cannot pay to fix my car at the moment.

An $800 car? I suppose you could drive it until it dies. It won't take long to get your moneys worth but it may die tomorrow.

the engine shaking might be the fuel pump. I am guessing the the engine shakes when you come to a stop.

engine shakes often can be something like fuel but the a6 cars are plagued with phantom issues that in most cases can't be corrected. My best guess would be that the engine mounts are no longer any good or its miss firing. The trany mounts could be no good as well
