2002 audi a4 1.8t quattro

I ran low on fuel yesterday. Now today my car. Is
very slow to accelerate. Pedal to the Floor and still
sluggish.   Turbo still kicks in around 4k.
Wondering if it's a fuel Filter or pump or maybe
something major?  Please help!
