No accelerate

Hi  I was cheking the fans of the audi a4 2002 an I
take the negative from  the battery off and when I
put it back the car won't accelerate and the epc
light star on

First of all you never want to unhook battery cable when vehicle is running can blow a main fuse or short out The computer. Back in the day before computers you could remove battery cable to check operation of alternator.

    No crank no start everything works, tested, ignition feeding 12v to relay, relay clicks, but signal to starter wire not getting the ignition 12v ??? Starter turns when jumped !
