2002 Audi A4 Quattro, 3.0 engine - Breather hose crumbling and broke.

I am trying to replace the hoses but one goes down behind the motor and trying
to figure out how to get to it! Help please!

Do you know how I could get a diagram or view of whats under all the vacuum hoses leading down to engine block?

It's just below the round disc valve (only way I know to describe that) but its directly under it and through about 3 other rubber hoses going every which way!!
