2001 Audi a6 Quattro

I jump started my car today after several very cold
months and a dead battery. The started fine
however, after several minutes and a warm engine
I drove off and a few blinks in the command center
I turned my car off and guess what? The car
battery and/or the car has no electricity. And won't
even light up with a new battery or jump? What is
wrong?
