doors squeak real bad

On my 2000 gmc yukon xl all the doors squeak. I've
sprayed wd40 but had no luck

OK I'll try that thanks. It does sound like it comes from inside the hinge that goes inside the door though. If so is there a way to grease it or is it OK to spray in there as well
