I have a 2000 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8 turbo an it still won't drive after changing the transmission trying to see if someone can help me figure this problem out

Asked by youngmc13 Aug 17, 2016 at 03:40 AM about the 2000 Audi A4 1.8T quattro Sedan AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

One day I pulled up in the driveway and I tried to reverse and it would go backwards for about ten feet then slip out of gear then not too much longer following that couple days later it wasn't going to drive anymore so I change the transmission and after swapping the old transmission with a used working one the problem still occurred so I'm trying to figure out what other functioning Parts in the Audi could hold up the car from going into drive or reverse and moving
