No power to fuel pump
Here is how everything started. The car was
running fine, except a noise from the
tensioner pulley. I replaced the pulley and
noticed a wobble in the balancer, so I
replaced it as well. Put it all back together
and the car wouldnt start. Cranks really
good but wont fire, so I suspected while
changing balancer I may have damaged the
Crank position sensor, changed it and same
thing. I have checked all fuses and relays,
checked the fuel cutoff switch. While going
through all of this I realized I never heard
the pump kick on while attempting to start.
Pulled the pump and it bench tests good, no
power at socket. Also there is no powe
across several of the ECU terminals on the
fuse block under the hood, as well as the
ECU B+
Where should I check and what should I
test?
Possible that the ECU is fried?
