There are three areas of concern. One is the bolt diameter. That's the size of the lug nut circle. Two is the hub size. That's the size of the small hole in the center of the wheel that fits over the hub. It keeps the wheel centered. Third is the offset. The offset is the the relationship between the face of the hub and how far in or out the outer rims is. --- A wheel could fit the bolt circle and the hub size but bang into the caliper. That is why no one can tell you if your Ford wheels will fit your Jeep. No one know the wheel offsets. Try one on a front wheel for size. Pay attention to the three areas of concern.

Yeah they'll fit. Gotta grind off a little lip in the center hole and good to go. Is it safe? Meh. I've rolled for years like that on ranger wheels tho.
