Is the battery that you put in for a test battery any good? did you try to jump start it to see if it would crank? I'm try to get past your no crank issue so we can concentrate on why it won't run.

I just turned key to on position and jumped the sillinoid and its not engaging to flywheel but not as answering why key won't work
